How to group pinned software icons in the Windows 10 taskbar using native settings or FLOSS?

I'm looking for a way to organize the pinned icons in my Windows 10 taskbar into groups or folders. I prefer a solution using one of the following methods:

1. Windows 10 native settings or configurations
2. A cmd command or batch script
3. A PowerShell script
4. A Free/Libre and Open Source Software (FLOSS) solution

My goal is to better organize my frequently used applications in the taskbar, similar to how apps can be grouped in folders on a smartphone.
