So I recently started having this problem, where the bottom of my screen will flicker. It will do it for a decent amount of time, but eventually it'll stop after I've had my pc on for awhile (actually sometimes it doesn't stop) . It does seem to be getting worse though, as it's taking longer for it to dissipate, and it's advancing up my screen more. My GPU drivers are all up to date. (One weird thing about it : It looks like it does it more if I'm on certain tabs. Like if I go to Gmail, it doesn't flicker nearly as much as if I was on desktop.)

System specs : RTX 4080, Ryzen 9 5900x, 32gb 3200mhz RAM.
Last thing that I just figured out now : If I change the refresh rate to lower, it seems to make it completely go away. I haven't restarted or anything yet so I don't know for certain that it's gone. I would like to keep my normal refresh rate, any solutions?
