Something keeps disconnect from my Windows PC

I've had a recurring issue for years where my PC randomly and continuously makes a device disconnect sound seemingly without reason. This does have side effects which I will list below alongside everything I have done to try and both figure out what is causing the issue and to fix the issue.

Firstly, I am running windows 10 and this issue has been apparent ever since my PC was built 5 years ago and after havinig it looked at in a PC repair shop twice and by multiple very clued up friends, nobody has been able to identify the issue.

Here are a list of artifacts that happen when the disconnect sound happens.

  1. PC fan lights crash, as does the RGB lighting on my keyboard and mouse.
  2. Connected USB input devices (all 3 of my PS4 controllers and an Xbox Series X controller) stop registering inputs, forcing me to close my current game and close Steam before relaunching.Note: despite the controllers stopping functioning, they aren't being diconnects as their power lights remain on, all controllers are connected wired.
  3. Minecraft specifically force closes to desktop. This is the only game that this happens with and no other game encounters any form of crashing when this happens.
  4. A CPU usage spike occurs regardless of what task I am doing at the time (or even at idle with nothing being touched, the CPU still spikes upon this sound happening)
  5. There is no pattern to the sound happening. Sometimes it happens 5 times in 30 seconds, sometimes it happens 1 over a 5 hour stretch.

Things I have tried to "fix" this issue.

  1. Ensured that all power management is set to high performance.
  2. Ensured that all connected devices (Human Inferface Devices and Universal Serial Bus controllers and Game Controllers) have their power management settings set to prevent windows from turning the device off to save power in the Device Manager.
  3. Replaced all the USB cables to all my peripheral devices where possible.
  4. Uninstalled and reinstalled Windows completely
  5. Run USBLogView to try getting insight on what is disconnecting but it has never logged a single entry
  6. Run virus scans, malware scans etc, to no avail.
  7. Ran the Hardware Troubleshooter to find that it registers no faults.

I am no at my wits ends here and I am fully committed to smashing my computer to pieces and this is my last ditch effort to try scrape together some help identifying the issue. I've seen countless threads about this issue across many different forums and there is never a complete fix or anything even remotely helpful that I haven't yet tried. I know I am shooting for the moon here, but anyone have any ideas before I call on the help of favourite wood splitting axe?
