Computer turns off for seemingly no reason when performing tasks associated with memory

I've had this issue for ages now and don't really remember how it started I have tried looking into it multiple times before but always gave up after feeling like I tried everything that I could. I eventually narrowed it down into a memory issue but all the common solutions never worked. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be grand.

An example of my computer shutting down and turning back on is when playing games like Terraria where the size of the window I'm playing on will determine whether or not my computer will decide to shut down. The time played also seems to factor in as well, Terraria on a small window can last for a few hours before shut down, but will only last 30mins with google chrome open in the background.

Another example is where downloading Wuthering Waves is possible but not downloading the 1gb of data during the start up process

I have also considered heating and tried new thermal paste and replacing the fan and neither made a difference

I have also tried migrating from my hard drive to an SSD but that also ran into issues where it wouldn't boot even with trying all the commons solutions.
