Installing OpenSSH: Instead of True, my output is False for checking if a member of the built-in Administrators group

I am trying to install OpenSSH following this tutorial: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/openssh/openssh_install_firstuse?tabs=powershell#prerequisites. Instead of True, my output is False for checking if a member of the built-in Administrators group. So how to address this situation?
