I created a Windows virtual machine (Windows 10 Enterprise) - Standard E2s v3 (2 virtual processors, 16 GB of memory) - Generation V1 x64 architecture on Azure and launched it on my Windows machine. Then, I downloaded VMware Pro Workstation 17 software to launch a MacOS Ventura virtual machine, and I also installed unlocker 427. I created the MacOS VM with the Ventura ISO image with the following settings: memory: 4GB / processors: 2 / hard disk: 20GB. When I launch it, I get the 'VMware Workstation and Device/Credential Guard are not compatible' error on VMware Workstation on Windows 10 host. I followed the steps provided by the VMware community to resolve this issue [link], but to no avail. I tried directly on my machine without using the Azure VM, and I didn't encounter this problem; the MacOS VM launches and works well. The difference I noticed is that during the VMware installation on my machine, they gave me the option to check a box that allows installing Windows Hypervisor Platform (WHP) automatically.
I want to resolve the problem on azure VM.
