How to overprovisioning SSD in Windows and Linux

I know that standard storage overprovisioning is about 7,37% but some people said it's not enough and need to add more.

I search an answer in internet and found different answer as following:

  1. left some empty space in your partition (example: C: , D: , / , /home)
  2. left some space unpartition/unallocated
  3. using external software (example: samsung magician, storage executive, etc)

So, my question is how to add overprovisioning in SSD that work in Windows and Linux (or even Hackintosh):
