CPU affinity toggle .BAT file [closed]

I have a 4 core CPU (i7-7600K Win 10) and I use a program that requires the following 'ritual' to run properly...

1. Go to Task Manager/Details/program's affinity settings.
2. Disable Core 0
3. Hit OK
4. Re-enable Core 0
5. Hit OK

...and now the program runs fine. Hopefully it'll get patched soon but until then is there a way for a .BAT to replicate the same process?
