I hope you're doing well. I recently purchased a new laptop, but I've been experiencing some unusual keyboard errors that I could really use some help with. Here are the issues I've encountered:
- The keyboard seems to register random characters like '!5"I6#]J7$q^K8%¦r_L9&' at unpredictable intervals and durations without any manual input.
- Specifically on the 'P' key, it types '0[;o0-'l9[-'l9;-'l9o-'l9' after 1-5 seconds or when 2-4 other keys are pressed.
- Similarly, on the 'M' key, it inputs ', njk h, kh jn,kh ,mnbvcxz./bc.,z' after 1-10 seconds or when 2-8 other keys are pressed.
- There are instances where the keyboard triggers random actions, such as pressing the power button, middle button, Ctrl, Fn, Winkey, Alt, Menu, F1-F12 keys, or '8' on the spacebar key, after 1-10 seconds or when 2-8 other keys are pressed.
- Additionally, when I press 'X' randomly, it registers either 'CS' or 'DA', delays 'Z' or the spacebar, and then inputs 'Winkey W' or '2 F2' at unpredictable times.
These keyboard errors are quite frustrating and affecting my work. Any assistance or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
