Change windows 11 desktop wallpaper in response to calendar events

I want to find a way to make my desktop background respond to calendar events by changing colours (eg. work - blue background, study - grey, bedtime - black) just as a subtle reminder of what I'm supposed to be doing and a more cohesive/minimalist way to keep track of my schedule.

Perfect solution - Windows native mod/tweak/hidden function that can easily read my calendar and change desktop background based on event title

Good solution - Lightweight app or built in tool that would simply be able to see if there is an event or not in my calendar and change background if there is.

Acceptable solution - Script that would read an ICS (or similar) calendar file and create scheduled desktop changes that I could just import a new calendar when I wanted to update

Less than ideal solution - Task scheduler and manually inputting times, not dynamically updating with calendar
