SSID Isolation in router - Is it working correctly?

My ISP offers me ZXN F670L fiber router. The router has a feature to create multiple SSIDs on same 2.4GHz range. For each SSID there’s an option called SSID Isolation that can be enabled if required.

Say I have Main_AP as main SSID to which my Windows 11 desktop PC is connected and I created another AP say TEST_AP to which my Windows 10 Laptop is connected.I enabled SSID Isolation on both these SSIDs in routers admin interface.

Now when I go to Network in Windows Explorer, the other PC / Laptop is not visible even though both are Private Networks.

Yet I can always do RDP from one to another and then by mapping drives I can have full access to other machine.

Is the SSID Isolation faulty or am I missing something. I do not want to disable RDP in Remote Desktop Settings. I thought once the two SSIDs are Isolated, they simply can’t see each other on any type of connection be it Network Share or RDP or FTP or like that?

Edit 1 -

Both are Wirelessly connected to the router. And as I mentioned SSID Isolation is enabled on both SSIDs.

Also here's a screenshot of the specific settings. There's just a radio button or similar for SSID Isolation (Either On or Off)
