In Windows 10: I would like to change the display language to English by manually installing an English language pack.
(I cannot use online installation via settings > language as explained in the comments below.)
I have already tried installing English language packs (en-US and en-GB) from 6 different sources via cmd > lpksetup, but they all fail with an error message saying the language pack cannot be installed. Maybe the language pack has to correspond to the exact Windows version number (Windows 10 build 19041.1 - 64 bit) ?
Can somebody help me find a working English language pack ?
